hmmm.... I think that the number 13 has something to do with Jesus' last supper and the one disciple who betrayed him... not sure though...

ok my knowledge is unsurpassed
i think that the "knights templars" got killed that night on Friday the 13th. and from there on it has been unlucky for friday the 13th. And well 13 also just became unlucky as a side effect.
